Best for most cases

BISEGRW Complaint Cell

The Board's own complaint cell. Choose this for results, roll number slips, certificates, registration, admission and other Board services. Your complaint goes straight to the concerned branch.

Ministers Complaint Cell

A separate option offered on the same form. It is generally better to try the Board's own cell first and keep this for matters that were not resolved through the usual channel.
