BISE Gujranwala Extends 11th Class Registration Schedule for Session 2026-2028

BISE Gujranwala Extends 11th Class Registration Schedule for Session 2026-2028
Letter No.: 472 (Registration)Issued: 10 October 2026Session: 2026-2028For: Heads of government and private affiliated institutions

BISE Gujranwala has extended the online registration and admission schedule for 11th class (session 2026-2028). Colleges can now register first year students with the normal single fee until 12 October 2026. From 13 to 27 October 2026, registration stays open with a special fee of Rs. 600 per candidate. After 27 October, the door closes completely and no 11th class admission or registration will be accepted.

The extension follows a decision of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC), conveyed through its notification dated 9 October 2026. It revises the Board's earlier registration schedule issued under letter No. 466 on 20 August 2026. For students who have just taken admission, or are still deciding on a college, this gives a little more breathing room, but not much. The single fee window ends in a matter of days.

What Students Should Do Now

Registration for 11th class is handled by your institution, not by students one by one. Still, a mistake in your record can follow you all the way to your Intermediate certificate, so it is worth staying involved.

  1. Confirm your admissionMake sure you are admitted to a college that is affiliated with BISE Gujranwala. You can check the list of affiliated institutes.
  2. Hand over your details earlyGive your college the information it asks for, usually your Matric roll number and B-Form number, without waiting for the last day.
  3. Be present for your photo and thumb impressionInstitutions must upload a live photo and thumb impression of every student while registering, so you may need to be there in person.
  4. Check your recordBefore the college submits, check your name, father's name, date of birth and subject group carefully.
  5. Keep a copy of the fee challanAsk for a copy or the challan number of the fee deposited for you. It is useful if any question comes up later.

Do

  • Finish everything by 12 October to avoid the special fee.
  • Check the spelling of your name against your Matric record.
  • Choose your subject group carefully. See the scheme of studies.

Don't

  • Don't wait for 27 October; there is no date after it.
  • Don't assume your registration is done. Ask your college.
  • Don't pay registration fee to anyone outside the official process.

Important Instructions in the Board's Letter

  • Heads of institutions must upload each student's live photo and thumb impression as per the Board's instructions. Once the due date passes, the portal will only be opened again with a fine.
  • All other terms and conditions remain the same as in the Board's earlier letters on this schedule.
  • The Board's website is active for online enrolment and registration.
  • No admission or registration in 11th class will be allowed after 27 October 2026.
  • No institution will be allowed to register online after the dates given above.

Late fee refund for institutions: colleges that registered candidates with a late fee after 5 October 2026 can claim that late fee back. They need to apply through the fee refund form available on the Board's official website.
